Pricing & Payment Policy

Elite Care Pharmacy does not show medication prices or collect payment through this website. Final pricing is confirmed by the pharmacy after prescription review, insurance or cash-pay review, and any applicable patient approvals.

How prescription pricing is determined

Final prescription pricing can vary by medication, strength, quantity, package size, availability, insurance coverage, formulary, deductible, copay, coinsurance, cash-pay price, coupon or discount card eligibility, and payer or pharmacy benefit manager rules.

Any price discussed before a prescription is processed is an estimate unless the pharmacy specifically confirms it as final. A price can change if insurance adjudication changes, a claim is rejected or reversed, the prescription changes, or the patient asks to use a different payment option.

Insurance and cash-pay options

Elite Care Pharmacy may bill eligible prescriptions to insurance or pharmacy benefit plans when the patient provides valid coverage information and the plan accepts the claim. Coverage is not guaranteed until the claim is processed.

Patients are responsible for copays, deductibles, coinsurance, non-covered items, rejected claims, cash-pay amounts, delivery fees if any, and any other charges disclosed by the pharmacy before payment.

Cash-pay pricing may be available when a patient does not use insurance, when insurance does not cover an item, or when the patient chooses not to use insurance. Coupons or discount cards may be considered when permitted by law, payer rules, and pharmacy policy.

Payment methods and timing

Payment is collected by the pharmacy, not through this website. The pharmacy accepts common in-person payment methods, including cash and major credit or debit cards. Call the pharmacy to confirm current accepted payment methods before visiting or requesting delivery.

Payment is generally collected before a medication or item is released to the patient or delivered, unless the pharmacy has made a different arrangement with the patient. For prescriptions billed to insurance, the patient amount due is based on the processed claim or other payment arrangement confirmed by the pharmacy.

Delivery fees, taxes, and other charges

Prescription delivery may be available for eligible prescriptions within Texas. If a delivery fee applies, the pharmacy will disclose that fee before delivery is arranged. Any applicable taxes or other charges will be disclosed before payment when they apply.

For delivery details, see our Delivery Policy.

No online checkout or recurring billing

This website does not offer online checkout, online prescription sales, online prescribing, subscriptions, automatic recurring charges, or recurring billing. Refill coordination does not create a recurring charge through this website.

If a patient has a question about a charge, refund, claim reversal, or payment adjustment, the patient should call the pharmacy at 281.547.8055.
